--- Subject: Feedback on Recent Service Experience Attention general manager I would like to address some concerns regarding my recent visit. First, I needed to double-check what would be installed in my car, as I was not given options regarding the placement of the camera I preferred. During my visit, a parts department representative informed me that the cost of the camera was $745. It was 845 However, I was charged $845, and he mentioned that the camera needed to be programmed into my car, which it did not. Additionally, he stated that a harness was required, but that was unnecessary, as I have watched numerous YouTube videos on how to install the camera on a 2025 Lexus RX350h. Furthermore, I want to express my disappointment with the service manager, who was unable to answer my questions. I felt he lacked the technical knowledge and proficiency expected in this situation.
