I was greeted quickly and taken into the lounge, it was clean and everyone was very friendly. I was given a nice loaner car and Lynn called and texted me throughout the day with updates. When I went to return the loaner and get my car I was again greeted by several employees that were extremely friendly and helpful. They had covered my seats with plastic, to keep it clean, I was very pleased. My overall experience was excellent!! Lynn was an excellent communicator. Thank you, carolyn Lay
