Requested car not to be washed due to having a very extensive and expensive ceramic coating applied to vehicle. Note of not to wash was on my service ticket, however they ran my car thru the car wash anyways ruining my 5yr ceramic coating finish. I paid to remove all surface scratches which is required before application. Now my finish on my car is ruined and is covered in swirls and scratches from the automatic wash which is rule number one of having a ceramic coating, NO AUTOMATIC WASHES, HAND WAS ONLY, which is what i have been doing personally for the last year. I am very unhappy and was told to expect a call from management tomorrow, not sure how they are planning on fixing this. Paid 3,000 for lexus to make service repairs to my vehicle, now my $1100 finish is ruined and my scrachless car is now covered in scratches all because the techs overlooked the notes on my invoice. Our conversation tomorrow will be interesting to say the least. Not happy with this overlook.

I took my car for diagnosing and ended up with a scratch in the leather at the bottom of the wheel that I was left to find myself. Talked to Henry and he eventually got me squared away with leather repair. Took my car back in for the repair, got another loaner. Returned to find my steering wheel repaired but looking a little rough around the F Sport logo in the bottom portion of wheel. Scratches repaired though. I told Henry and wondered how the leather repair person could let the work go like that, he didn't know. He did ask me to send him the photo showing it so he could forward it to the repair person. The work was about a 7 out of 10 to me, just because they didn't take enough time to properly finish a small area. Sometimes the smallest things mean the most...
