Message. 1:30 lpm i called again because he necer return my call i called again and he was not again in his desk. So i asked the operator to relay my message. At around 2:19 pm he texted me telling that the motor #3 needs to be replaced. What i am concern the servixe is very slow. I know if u have an appointment the first thing they do is to endorse my car so they can check the car. If their timenis very important my timenis also important. That is why we make appointment so we will not wait that long just to know the prob and not for me to follow up and just to be ignored. I felt disappointed so i just full out my car. I brought my 2021 ES 350 in for some minor repairs and was quoted $1,435.95. My lease is up in 2 months and I will be taking my business to BMW since Lexus is unable to take care of me. I expressed to my service advisor that I was interested in exploring new makes and models as I was interested in entering into a new lease with Lexus, specifically the make and model of the loaner car that I was provided with. My current mileage plan allots me 48,000 miles and my odometer currently reads less than half that (23,198 to be exact). I’ve utilized the dealership for a single oil change for the entirety of my lease so it’s disheartening that the dealership can’t fix a turn signal switch in which I need to legally operate the vehicle. I will be taking the vehicle to be fixed elsewhere and would like to know the next steps in turning it in.
Thank you for your time and I hope you’re able to enhance your guest experience as you’ve lost me as a customer. I did enjoy my vehicle but the customer service aspect is a big deterrent for me when it comes to brand loyalty.
