I had the best experience with my car service and client advisor Justin Baker. Justin, was very professional and efficient. My car technician was very thorough and informative.
During the car wash my license plate frame broke but the nice gentleman replaced it. And Justin made sure it was done as fast as possible, despite how busy it was.
I was skeptical in bringing back my vehicle for service to this location due to very poor service from my last client visor and waiting over 3 hours for a simple car service (no oil change) but Justin has regain my trust and made my experience the best ever. I will be back and hopefully Justin can be my visor again. Thank you Justin and Lexus for a great experience.

The service and team were good. But I left a little upset because I still had to pay the $275 diagnosis fee after ther Lexus corporate office instructed me to get my vehicle diagnosed at a dealershp, thinking they were going to assist with my costly repair on my CT200h. After the tech confirmed the issue, Lexus still did not want to assist me so I was stuck with the $275 fee and a broken car even after they told me to go to a dealership and all the tech did was use a scan tool which I already did at home on my own and let them know the code that came up. The tech did exactly the same thing I did at home and for $275. People were great, result was not.

The service was very good, however I asked Alejandro if my car had the ability to parallel park like I have been seeing on TV commercial and he told me that only came with the luxury edition. I purchased the sport edition because I thought the handling would be better because I really like the way my wife’s IS350 handles. Sales people told me that the only difference was couple of cameras so I stayed with the sports edition but now I wish I could have checked into the luxury edition better.
