I had an 8pm appt. Nobody greated me. As I was prepping my car (cleaning it out and getting my cords and bags ready) the lady checking in checked everyone in before me. She did not acknowledge me. I also wasn’t informed that service was backed up when I had made my appt and didn’t learn this until almost leaving when my service advisor told me. I had to take additional steps to get my car back so I could get my car seats out. I had work at 830 and didn’t leave the dealership til almost 9am. When my service advisor send videos they didn’t have sound 2/3 times. When he sent me my bill I was unable to pay online as it was a link to my service video again. My detail also lacked attention to detail as when I put my USB cord in there were crumbs on my controls and crumbs still between my seats in the back of my car from the kids. The job was not done 100%, and my experience here made me feel like I was at a regular dealership this time around.

I had a few bad experiences with my last visit! First, I brought service package from you guys when I got the car. I missed understood what I purchased. Which was 5yr 75,000 miles warranty but it was a service package. I never received anything sayingthe my 4yr warranty was expiring in October. My actual steering wheel started giving me issues in September but I was waiting till my next oil change. I found out once I brought my car in that my warranty had expired.
Next issue was agree to let your service see what was wrong with my steering wheel. I was informed that it would cost $275 but if I agreed to the fix the issue then the $275 would go to the repair. I was later texted the bill with wheel alignment, battery change out steering wheel price.
Since I was committed to already paying $275. I decided to get the battery replaced.
At pickup I was ask to pay for both battery and $275. Which cost me $700
I am definitely disappointed! The lack of communication but it was crazy experience that I will learn from???? This will never happen to me again in life

The work was great, the only feedback I would like to give is I don’t think you should offer appointment times at 12:00 if the crew is going on an hour lunch at 12:00. My husband at an extra hour at the dealership because they told him they were going to lunch and would be back in an hour to get started. We live in Centennial Hills so it is too far to go back home so he sat there almost 3 hrs for an oil change.
