While we were told all updates had been completed but they were not. We managed to fix the issue we were having on our own through google this evening. It was a miscommunication that the issue was through Bluetooth calls but in reality it was Apple car play. We assumed the speakers were the same but not and an update was needed to hear phone calls through car play. While everyone was courteous and we were offered to wait and talk to tech we not only had another appointment to get to and we felt silly even bringing it in, like it was user error, but thankfully we figured it out. It was disappointing though.
