Kay Andrade is the best Service Advisor I have ever had PERIOD. She was extremely personable and helpful. She was mindful of my time and was just pleasant all around. I will continue to request her by name each time I return to Lexus for service.

Everything was great. As far as service advisor, tech, time it took for intake for service appointment. The online request from service department for additional work for issues tech saw, online payment service, great. When I came in to pick up my vehicle, I was held up for 30min even though I paid online and just needed to pick up my vehicle.
Driver (I don’t know their job title but those who work tirelessly to put customer vehicle to shop, do intake inspection, retrieve vehicle from shop once cars are ready) was held up for another customer and he did not have a mean to use other employees to get my vehicle. It wasn’t busy and just didn’t have enough employees. He was taking time to answer all questions from another customer which is great, but in the meantime I was held up and resulted in missing my another appointment.

Kristina our service manager was exceptional, she always give us great service and also explaining each and everything that needs to be done in our car, she even arranged our loaner car. Having a loaner makes us do our errands and even took our daughter to her dental check. I received a text as soon as the car was done.
