I’ve already provided feedback that they skipped cleaning and vacuuming my car, thinking that I would not notice after paying $444 for essentially an oil change and tire rotation. No need to call me to make the situation worse.
Who’s to say that any of the services were actually performed? Customer can’t verify and that trust was broken today.
The staff wanted to try to get away with cheating a step I paid for today, and that’s surprising for Lexus.

I always receive impeccable service from my service advisors at Lexus. This time Vahagan was not available because I brought my vehicle in on a Saturday so I had the pleasure of having Christina as my service advisor. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was as perfect as it is when Vahagan is my advisor. The one thing I have to say, which was disappointing is that the car was not cleaned. That happened the last time I picked up the vehicle from being held at LEXUS for a month for work they did and this time the same fingerprints everywhere dirty driver seat, all kinds of things on the floor of the vehicle, etc. etc. it would be nice to get a car wash when you have a major service done on your car. Not high maintenance, don’t demand much or ask for anything ever, but it would be nice to get a clean car back. A big thank you to Christina and to Vahagan who made sure to step out of his office and follow up with me. Both are five star service advisors! It’s people like them that create the LEXUS culture and give clients like me a five star experience every time. Also, a big part of the reason I decided to purchase Alexis again.
