I had a Genuine Toyota dash cam installed. I would have really appreciated help getting it set up and synced. All that was mentioned was “ the owner’s manual is on the front seat. “ Also, I’m still not comfortable with the answer I received regarding the calibration or re-calibration of my fuel gauge.

Hunter was great! The tires he recommended had exceeded my expectations and they were priced just right with the special that was going on. Hunter is always very personable, friendly and easy to work with each time we take our vehicle in to get serviced. It is very easy to see the value that he brings to the Thompson Toyota dealership, don’t ever lose an employee like that.

The auto service was great but customer service was subpar. Never got a call at the promised time, never got a call back to my follow up call I had to make to the service department. Never received a call when my service was done and received a text about 18 hours after I already picked up my car that it was “ready to go”. Hunter is the only reason I didn’t leave an awful review online because he went out of his way to make up for his coworkers lack of customer service. I understand everyone has bad days so I hope this is not an ongoing issue
