Robert was very professional, friendly and helpful.
Our only problem was not knowing we needed to respond to the text message on other needed repair issues. Due to my misunderstanding we were there longer than expected. Robert took care of it for us right away when he realized what had transpired.

My highlander has a shudder when braking. The brakes were replaced a 23000, ish, miles it is shuddering when braking on the freeway still. The tech said the brakes are good , no hot spots. Debra just dismissed my concerns and when I suggested what your techs told me about cruise control braking she said that cruise control doesn't control brakes and I don't need to believe her but I was wrong, the conversation was just over. Very upsetting.
