I requested some warranty repair for a piece of broken plastic on the driver’s seat of my 2024 Tundra. The cracking is a known design flaw and Toyota replaces them frequently. The service manager did not address the issue and instead ignored my request. This is consistent with the shop’s approach. When I complained of a wrinkled headliner on my last visit they suggested that I take it back to the dealership where I bought the truck in Terre Haute Indiana. I did. And they replaced the headliner. It is unacceptable to tell Toyota customers to return to the dealership where they purchased their vehicle in order to receive warranty repairs. I will be following up with corporate.
