The service was great and so was the receptionist. The problem was it took almost 2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. Maybe you could improve service by not making so many appointments around the same time. I have been dealing with same Toyota for 22yrs bought several cars and recommend many customers but two hours for a oil change is not good.
