I brought my car in for a simple oil change, and my hasn’t been working right since I got the oil change. I’m definitely not satisfied with the service I received because it was an issue from the from I first received my car keys. The first red flag was they didn’t reset the oil percentile I had to go back into the dealership to ask why wasn’t it reset if they just did the oil change. After driving the vehicle my car doesn’t ride smooth anymore, it hesitate when I accelerate & it runs hard like it’s a older vehicle & it wasn’t doing any of that until I brought it in for service. A simple oil change I have brought my vehicle back to the service department 3x’s since & no solution. I’m not sure if the oil change was done properly or did the put the correct oil in the car. But I do know that there is an issue with my car & no solution. Symone has been extremely helping over all she has great customer service & she tries to help out the best that she can but it’s only so much she can do because she’s not a mechanic.

I wasn't completely satisfied,it happened to be Will 's day off ...if he was there I'm totally confident that I wouldn't have had such a bad experience...thinks happened so I'm letting it go ,I'm waiting on my $200 check I was promised for paying for a diagnostic test and being told there was nothing they could find that could solve problem , Will said if you hear the noise bring it back and I did ,and they found the problem...so no I'm not totally satisfied with the service,however I've purchased 5 cars and have been using this dealership for 20 years,saying that I expected better service especially from the manager of the service department,but he did take time to tell me he was extremely busy and he apologized...
