Me and my family have bought and brought our vehicles here for over 30 years and I have never been more dissatisfied and disappointed with the poor customer service and work performed. My vehicle was brought in for an oil change and tire rotation and upon leaving I discovered that the cover for access under the vehicle was dragging down the street. I also purchased an engine air filter which was recommended only to find that I can no longer open the hood of the vehicle. I left a message for Brandon Jones the service advisor only to receive a call back from an employee named Matt that told me to call Eric and I still haven’t spoke to him. To add insult to injury I brought my $54.95 coupon for a 0W20 5 quart oil change and I for some reason was charged $59.95. I hope to hear from a manager that can rectify the situation soon.
