Grace and mechanic Ryan(?) did a great job and recommend them highly. The only thing I could say bad is I did not get the old parts back. There were 2 new coil packs that I think were bad and planned to re turn them. It was only a couple hundred I lost.

My car sat there for 3 days to try and resolve a tire issue that you all installed and had 10 thousand miles on them. I called three times a day for my advisor and management to just avoid me. I picked up my car and took it to a local shop where I was treated right and gave me a deal on tires. They had my vehicle ready to go in an hour. Even though I purchased the service package, your service department will never touch my vehicle again. I am just amazed with the LACK of customer service.
