Tobias, Terra, and Zack have always been good to me every time i go for either a service or a repair, they are always friendly, understanding and very uplifting I appreciate their hard work and dedication on what they do. Frank Leta is lucky to have these incredible people as their employees. The reason i say this is because all three go above and beyond to take care of the customer base in Frank Leta. I have been taking in my truck to different dealerships in Texas, New Mexico and bow Missouri and by far this dealership by far has treated me like a person and not just another number. I hope Frank Leta pays these individuals well if not I recommend they do. I worked as a chef and dealt with people in the restaurant industry for about 10 years and I know how it is when you have to handle and de-escalate certain situations and they do it extremely well Thank you Frank leta on taking care of me and my truck. If i could buy a truck from you I will but I cant Haha.
