Ashley was great, however, one of the issues I brought up to the scheduling person was a missing bolt on each side of my hood that attaches my hood to the hinges. I made this appointment well in advance to ensure that the bolts would be available for installation. I was surprised when I dropped my truck off and the bolts were not ordered and now I have to waste my time by coming back to another appointment for an issue that should have been taken care of the first time. An unnecessary waste of my time.
