Took over 2 hours for an oil change only. No other services were completed. I had an appointment. Either you’re overbooked or your crew is slow. With an appointment I’d expect it to take about an hour at max.

Kevin was excellent, everyone was kind, my main issue is that i scheduled an appointment for 2:30 and was told because they had people call in that morning that it was going to take two hours. Because of this, i had to cancel two other appointments. I understand things happen, but a notification or some way to know i need to show up later before hand would have saved me the trouble.
