Service Representative was very helpful. Your only problem is the high value you place on changing out air filters, both engine and cab. You already have them out for inspection, but want to charge an absorbent amount for installation of new units in lieu of putting the old ones back in.

A service manager did an excellent Bob!Your computer system was having trouble and you couldn't find my warranty. So it has delayed repairs on my vehicle! I paid $5000 to get an extended warranty for 5 or 7 years. Can't remember which, but they had no record of it.
. I have a copy of it in my glove compartmbut. These kind of delays are the things that cause people to wonder what's going on.

My service took 2 hours. I was told beforehand that it was a slow day and would take about 1.5 hrs. Still 2 hrs for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection this was surprising. Satisfactory customer service and ease of scheduling.
