Jordan is one of my strong reasons for owning a Toyota. The customer service, that he provides makes me feel like family. When the car was dropped off I was told it would be one hour and twenty
Minute. I dropped off the car at 0800. I was waiting at about 1010am, I contacted service and was told it would be 20 minutes. After almost another hour it was done. I waited 3 hours for an oil change. I had to alter my schedule because it took so long. I think I should be given another free oil change for this huge inconvenience. Janet Gomes ****-****-xxxx
