The Truck kept at the dealership due to installing TONNEAU COVERS , repair of rock chips in front of the hood and installing of window tint . I was told that the car would be ready on Friday the 27th, truck was purchased on 20th. I traveled from North of Denver 1.5h to Colorado Springs, to pickup the truck discovered bad news that the truck is not ready for another week/delayed. However someone from sales could have notified me for the delay and saved me time and driving to Colorado Springs !!

This was my first time taking my vehicle in. JP was so patient and kind with me. He explained the process step by step and showed me where to wait. They had water, coffee and even hold me over snacks! I didn’t have any, but it was definitely noted how much they care for their customers comfort during their wait. Once the vehicle completed inspection, JP came to the waiting room and explained their recommendation and the level of urgency for each recommendation. He was knowledgeable, patient, kind and understood that customers aren’t always able to drop hundreds of dollars in one visit. He was well prepared and confident within his presentation. LOVED THIS EXPERIENCE!!
