I’m very disappointed that I was told by the GM that he would personally give me updates on my recall. If you look at the records this has been going on almost two months. I took my truck for an assessment for the recall that was mailed to me. I was told they would contact me a week later. I never got a call back instead I I emailed through the website and also called to find out the status only to be told to bring my truck in the following Friday. So I did and was told the day I dropped off that my part is on order! Why all this back and fourth and why didn’t they order the part before I dropped it off? There has only been one follow up since all this happened because I called to speak to the General Manager. I have names written down but at this point what difference does it make. I have had three different dates given to me about the supposed part that is on back order. Unreal, no follow up as promised and all I get now are computer generated messages. Lack of customer service, no follow up and know who knows when I get to drive my truck again that I am still paying on. I will never do business with this dealership I’m at there mercy and they don’t seem to care. Please look up dates to whoever reads this perhaps overnight the part? Offer full detail on my truck, I mean it’s just sitting there. What an inconvenience and I’m also very upset of how they conduct business. Very unprofessional and I will not recommend that dealership to anyone. Angie H

Ashley was full of enthusiasm and very friendly. She was able to answer all my questions. She arranged for Lyft . The next day My car wouldn’t start. I bought it back in. Ashley arranged for me to bring it right in. Again I got a ride home. Luckily it was fixed that day! It was good doing business with her.
