Your pricing is deceptive. Web site says 20,000 mile maintenance is $96.91. We were charged $117.91. Tax was $3.65. What was the other $15 for? When we questioned the service advisor he said shop fees. Why aren't they listed in the invoice?? This was our first and last visit to this dealership. I have never encountered a practice like this at any other Toyota dealership. Pricing has always been agreed to before the work is started. Shuk T

Communication was not great. Only received a couple of text messages wit updates that contained very little information and were late. In fact, I received an update that my vehicle was as ready the morning after the vehicle had already been picked up. My wife sat and waited for the vehicle and could see that it was ready. She waited close to 10 minutes before getting up to ask the service rep about it. Was told “Oh, I was just coming to get you.” Wife told me she didn’t really believe that. She could see her sitting in there just twirling her hair. Otherwise, the service was great and the tint and bra look fantastic.
