when we first got to the service department a gentleman came out and asked if we had an appointment we said yes and he turned around and walked through the door and grabbed his tablet and then came out and went to the guy behind us and startes helping them. left us standing there for about 7 minutes till another gentleman came out to help us. i found this rude.
