Ethan did a great job. He was polite and professional. The main suggestion I have is to have your mechanics to wipe off their greasy handprints off the hood and doors of the car. I brought in three very clean cars and everyone of them had greasy handprints on the hood and doors.

This was the second time in less than a week, I had to bring the car back in to get it serviced. I have spent over $2500 dollars to hopefully get it fixed. I blame the technician for not catching the problem and taking the time to fix it correctly the first time. I get it is busy but don’t cut corners on the job request to get to the next vehicle. I hope I don’t need to bring my car back in again for service anytime soon.

Nate was very helpful.
However, when scheduled the warranty work (updating software) was estimated to take 2 hours however it took over 3 1/2 hours. Nate explained the internet connection got dropped and when connnected was very slow. I would think with all cars moving towards all computer based software the dealership would have a dedicated internet line/router for the service department/shop.
