I was unaware of a recall on my vehicle but when I arrived for my scheduled oil change I was informed that there was a recall and it would take 2-3 hours. I agreed because I live an hour away and didn’t want to make another trip. Unfortunately I was there for more than 4 hours! That is way too long. I had other things to do today and would have appreciated being offered a loaner or something. Or, being done in 2 hours rather than 4.
