I was just passing thru Omaha on a lengthy trip. I was due for service and Baxter Toyota was able to fit me into the schedule. Davis Dawson was prompt at offering assistance, courteous and professional. Service was completed in good time allowing me to get back on the road.

Took 2.5 hours to do warranty test on battery. I just wanted money back from it as I already bought a new battery so I was able to drive my car in cause I was told a week ago when it happened I couldn’t just bring in the battery. Thought the money was going back onto my card but was charged instead. I left after all finished to go to store and noticed it was a charge on my card. I looked under the hood and saw a Toyota battery in and not the one I just purchased a week ago. Then I looked in my car and did not see my new battery in there so I went back to see why they took a perfectly good battery. I was handed the battery that they took out, so I now have 2 perfectly good batteries and cannot one.

The service was great, but mom board screen was all messed up. It said the time was 7:27 pm when it was 1:30 and could find my usual screens at all. Whoever worked on the recall portion should have done a better job checking on the screen. Seemed like a rush job.????

Danny was great. But I am frustrated that I was without my truck, 4WD and the seat warmer / heated steering wheel during the extreme cold. My truck was supposed to be done on Wednesday, but the wrong part was ordered. Then it was evidently ready Saturday, but the service department did not inform me! I called just before 3pm Saturday when I didn’t hear back from my text message, and got voicemail.
