I brought my vehicle in with a brake noise while braking and the rear hatch needing realigned because it was sticking upon opening and sometimes would not open at all. When the vehicle was returned to me, the brakes still making noise and the rear hatch is still having trouble opening. I have called 3 times and have left a voicemail and have tried to respond back to the text chat from when my vehicle was in the shop and have not received any return via text or phone.
