It wasn't Ramiro. It was everything. Couldn't find my tire history, didn't order tires in time, said they were over night shipped but took 3 days, no one would answer service phone. Tires finally get there 3 days later, they are delivered at 930am and I have to call at 3 pm to find any information on my car. Had to rent a rental car because of all of this. Go to pick my car up and they said they would wash it and they did not. So I ask them to while i wait in the lobby and when it's done they don't even tell me, I had to go back up to the desk and ask what was going on then they said oh yeah here is your key? Start to finish just felt like no one seemed to care.
