Car wasn’t wash , that’s twice in a row has to tell them last time, but didn’t bother this time was in a hurry. When getting in my car another car came from service and it has been washed. Didn’t happen this time but time before last tires where not rotated and wife had to go back in and tell them to do it, now I mark tires to make sure. Not saying it happens but if those things where not getting done you could ask question is all of my service getting done? On a good note service department is on time with my appointment and are nice ,polite and helpful. Thanks.

Lissette was condescending. She asked me why I had not had my car in for service earlier. I informed her that I had just purchased it from your dealership 3 months ago. She said that my car had aftermarket parts that could not be serviced. If it has aftermarket parts, it was sold to me with those parts. If the repairs needed on my vehicle are not covered under my extended warranty, I will NOT have the work done at Asheboro Honda. When I was notified that my vehicle was ready to go, it had not been washed as I originally requested. Luckily, Gio took care of that for me.

In the past I would receive a form showing each wheel and what adjustments were needed. I wasn’t even informed if an alignment was needed. Additionally, I received an email for $20 off of an alignment two hours after I paid for the work. That would have been more helpful before, or during, the visit.

Very satisfied with the service, my biggest issue is in the recall process you need to have the correct parts necessary to replace what is needed in stock before bringing my vehicle in so I don’t have to waste my time to bring it back again to have it done.
