Jesse is a huge asset to the service team here at Asheboro Honda! I only strive to be as patient as he is one of these days. He bent over backwards and did more for me than any other service member would have at any other dealership. There were multiple phone calls promised to me from Jesse about following up about my guage cluster being covered under Zurich and getting a rental car set up for me and he exceeded my expectations because the communication was top tier. My car was scheduled be inspected in late October during the Service visit and the service paperwork said it was inspected. I went to get my tags and the DMV would not give me the tags since there was no record of the car being inspected. I had to return to the service center so that the car could be inspected. Is it a common practice for you to not complete the work you said was done on the service paperwork?
