I wasn’t provided with an estimate of costs so I was shocked to find out that my bill was over $400 when I was checking out. Had I known that would be the case or that my service plan only covered oil changes (as a previous Toyota owner this is not what I was used to) I would not have said yes to all the work because it was out of my budget for the month. Even when the person checking me out graciously applied another discount, it was still more than I was planning on spending. I’d like to be provided with an estimate when offered services so that I can make an informed decision.

Lissette was so helpful and made me feel comfortable. She was able to shuttle me to an appointment while my the service department changed the oil and rotated my tires. As soon as I called to let service department know I was ready to be picked up they were on their way. It is soooo nice to have the shuttle service. I live 35 mins away and it was so convenient to have both appointments taken care of at the same time. Great customer service!! Everyone in the department spoke when I walked by which made me feel so welcome.

Since I have purchased my car the complementary car wash has not been available on most occasions. I keep getting told that it is broken which really is a big disappointment. Bring that car wash back and at least a free vacuuming of the car.
