My car washed the day before and there was black smudges left on the inside and outside of my vehicle that were very visible and should have been removed.

The service rep charged me 5 hundred something, and when I asked why on-line it said my 90,000 service was 389. Before checking with someone else, he told me it was the service charge. **** found out after I was charged, and did refund my money. I didn't care for the service rep that handled my service.

I did not appreciate paying for towels or other shop supplies to have one little fuse replaced. I can understand you charging other people where you have a greasy mess. - to change a fuse and charge for towels. That is pathetic.

Service ****. We do not have a working GPS navigation system and I need it. We have had nothing but trouble since we bought it. We have had it back 5 times for updates and none of them worked. This is our first Honda and we will be going back to a dependable car Toyota. Our car better be fixed or we need a refund.
