It would be nice to provide some information with the recommendation to change engine and cabin air filters (or any part for that matter) i.e. doing this will improve air quality or extend life of engine or fuel economy or whatever. Service was faster than expected and waiting room is quiet and comfortable. I dread waiting here much less than at Subaru or GMC.

Brae was great with us. She explained everything in detail. We had an oil change and the tech did not reset the maintenance light. Also I did not understand why we must pay a inspection fee if we have the work done. We will not be coming back to this place.

We have a rattle in our brand new van that is deemed to be not fixable. Toyota states there is nothing to do and is not offering a satisfactory option. Very disappointed in Toyotas service.
