Excellent service. Usually it takes over an hour. I have to be home to help my husband. They had my car checked in 32 min. Before I got out of the car one of the service me helped me set up my phone to sync with maps , phone etc. Great team. This is second car with brewer. They are amazing

I am happy with how quickly the service was done and with the detailed report on what was done.
I do have to issues. My Toyota app and high quality car gauge report the tire pressure at 29 - 30 psi, where the report says they were filled to 36 psi. How is this possible?
After servicing there was an oil/grease stain on the driver's seat. How can we get this fixed?

They scheduled me for a 4:30 pm appointment for my hundred thousand mile service maintenance. There was not enough time to do anything but the oil change. I have to reschedule cause it will take 3 to 5 hours. The rep should’ve known that when they scheduled the appointment.I have to make another appointment which was a waste of my time. The Service consultant Andrew ****was very nice. My problem is not with him. It was with the scheduling department who scheduled the appointment.

My tire pressure is flashing low after the tire rotation. They did not check the pressure on my tires. Also they did not reset my maintenance message. My car is still saying maintenance is due. I am not happy with the service and the need for me to have to call a schedule again to fix this. I am also questioning if the oil change was actually done or was that skipped also?
