The service is outstanding, Mr. Jose Chavez is very professional. He explained any recommendations for the vehicle and the service was performed in a timely manner, just as he said it would be. I contacted Toyota Care after the dealership said I had to get a subscription Toyota Care said to do the update to the maps and it could correct the problem with my weather app. Danielle said they would order it and she would call me back. I dropped my car off early this morning. No mention of any cost Toyota Care said it was covered under my warranty for 60 months or 60,000 miles. Danielle later says it cost $350 and it won’t fix it. Devon came out and tried to work with me on the app. He deleted a lot of things off my phone nothing works. My weather still doesn’t work and I’m going to spend about an hour and a half of my own time trying to fix what he deleted not very happy.

Mike went way over and above when I needed help. I stopped in to have the air checked in the tires on my wife’s car. The second I shut off the car I realized I didn’t have an extra key fob with me. And I had my little dog, Daisy, with me. Mike offered to take Daisy into the cashiers office to be watched while I walked next door to get the key fob from my wife. When I got back Daisy was ‘working’ with the cashier with her little paws on her desk. Mike and the cashier (I apologize for not getting her name) were exceptional examples of great customer service. I’m glad I got this opportunity to let someone know what good employees they are.
