I was told the car needed a cabin air filter which I had recently replaced. When I gave Josh this information, he asked the tech to look at it again and the tech backpedaled. I feel like I was being milked for something I did not need. Very hesitant to use this dealership again

Apparently you don't care about small ticket items such as an oil change and recall check.
I left without being serviced. Guess I will find another dealership

The technician wrote down on the report that I had suspension issues. When I questioned Jose he went back to ask about it and it was written an error. So how am I supposed to trust your technicians with my vehicle if I can’t get an accurate report? It was supposed to be corrected. Jose was great and he asked about the information and followed up with me. I’m gonna need a second opinion. To verify whether my suspension is good or not at this point. I’ve never had this happen before.
