I was completely DISsatisfied with the outcome and the effort to resolve my issue.
I was sent away with no solution, no fix and merely a loose suggestion that I “drop back in” if the problem returns and they will “see if someone can look at it”.
So, of course the problem occurred immediately after I drove away. Color me FRUSTRATED.
