Jose has done a great job. He seems to care about all of his clients. The only negative is that I get the distinct feeling that Anderson Toyota is understaffed when it comes qualified service technicians. I have this issue because of long wait times and having to return to the dealership to have the work completed. I am a loyal Toyota customer for many years as my service history can verify.
