As a customer of many purchases from anderson, I expect the highest quality of service at all issues pertaining to vehicles. If ever I am dissatisfied that would destroy the trust. So just make sure that you train your service tech and management team to the highest level of quality expected by the buyer again thanks for your service to our vehicles

Made a 9am appointment, was told an hour and a half, it was the in between visit so no oil change. Came back at 1015 to ask what was going on because my truck hadn't even made it in the bay yet, said backed up with people showing up. I asked why make an appointment if I'm going to get pushed back for drive ins, Steve told me it was due to 1030 appointments showing up early? Okay? Mine was at 9am, why wouldn't they be completed in order of appointment. The whole intake system changes are terrible. I have never waited so long just to be checked in. Waited for Steve because that's where I was directed. 3 other people in office with no customers just waiting, but it had to be Steve specifically? Any way. After addressing him, I told him I was leaving, he can call me when it's complete and I'll need a ride. When he called me another 2 and a half hours later, he told me they don't have a shuttle.. I had seen the driver in and out of there the whole time I waited and told him that. He then back tracked and just had absolutely no idea what was going on. Poor service.
