I was really shocked that I had to pay 170 dollars never in 20 yrs of buying Toyota have I had to pay for a maintenance service so that was disappointing especially since I'm in a lease

Just a little concerned about the time it took to do an oil & filter change, tire rotation, and inspection in under one hour. Received no report on the condition of the brake pads as has been done in the past…. No copy of the Multipoint Inspection. Seemed like a rushed job… in at 7:30, on our way home at 8:25!
