Your maintenance man said I needed two lift gate motors because the liftgate of trunk was not opening fully. Then Danielle tells mr it cost 1,400 to rolace them when I only have 40,000 miles on vehicle. The cost of two motors is absurd for one. Second it seemed odd both motors went out at tried to sell me same time. I forced the liftgate with my hand to ope and then the litfgatr raised up and down to the height I forced it up too. Thanks for truing to rip me off by purchasing overpriced parts. Also you triied to sell me 4 tires for $900 saying I got one free. I had Discout tire get me 4 tires out the door for $500. I will never be coming back and I have been one of your best customers by purchasing many vehicles from you.

Absolutely disappointed in this dealer ship charged my nephew for a tire when I have the protection plan told them that they weren’t going to fix it tell my nephew showed them the hole in the tire it was 2 tires that had nails they charged him for one and replaced the other the employees where super racist the car don’t drive the same just bcuz I have a Palestinian flag on my car they treat them with no respect and kept them waiting 5 hours for a tire change and this isn’t the first time I came when I went by my self I got. An oil change the guy was rude with me too tried to charge me for all the unnecessary stuff when I went just for an oil change I’ll take this up with corporate super racist people here unbelievable
