We’re told shuttle would give us a ride home but shuttle was not notified or never inquired if we needed ride. We are new to dealership not knowing who drives shuttle, where they park, etc.. driver should inquire if anyone needs a ride. Unknown how long vehicle was done we were not notified until our salesman inquired and found that vehicle was done.

Everything was amazing compared to Gladstone Toyota (where I bought and maintained my 4Runner since 2021.
