Glove box was not put back together ie items left on the dash. Radio antenna was laying on the floor. One of my sunshades was caught in the passenger door. You know it doesn’t take two hours to replace the brakes when you had the tires off for rotation any way. I paid plenty for the 14 pt inspection!

All was good with the exception of waiting 2.5 hours for the work to be done. Add that time with a 75 mile trip each way and most of the day was taken. This was with an appointment too. It would be easier to spend $50 to have the oil change done in Kingman.
