I had a question about adding a remote start to my Sienna. I questioned the part and labor costs being so high after looking at the web site for the part they would obtain on an aftermarket part. Jose recognized I was being charged over $200 more for the part and 2.5 hours labor to install yet the manufacturer indicates the install takes only 20-30 min. Jose told me he was going to discuss with his manager to see if the estimate to purchase and install could be adjusted.

When I got into my car afterwards, the glove box was open,and items were laying on the seat from the center console. Given that they didn't have to check cabin filter, I find that very strange. WHY would they go into the center console? For what reason? Why did they remove items and leave them on the seat? That's the center console, not the glove box where the cabin filter is. And it was obvious that it was searched. Hmmmm!!!!!
