All TENS for Mike he's the reason I buy cars at Anderson in Havasu I feel like somebody cares if ever I have a question no matter where I am I can call Mike and he'll answer me or call me back and answer me I bought a 2-year-old Avalon 12 years ago I went on a trip and my tire light came on I went to the store they checked all my tires put air in level them all off make sure they were perfect I drove down the block and my tire light was on I went to a Toyota dealer tire light stayed on this was in Oregon I called Mike he says gee Dave why don't you take your stuff out of the trunk and check your spare my tire in the trunk was low put air in it tire light went out I've bought two Priuses a Hybrid Camry they all get service at the dealer because I know you guys know how to take care of a hybrid thank you for great service and thanks for Mike

My Service Advisor, Jennifer Claflin, is wonderful. She is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Before I retired, I worked in the automotive business 44 years and customer service is the most important thing. Without repeat customers, a business will not flourish. Anderson Toyota should count their blessings they have Jennifer as their employee.
