I had an appointment at 11:00. My car was done 5 hours later. Why make an appointment when you are put at the last one. I know they were busy but I had plans too which had to be put on the back burner. Normally it sounds silly but I have severe pain. As the day goes on the pain increases to where I can’t do anything. Otherwise I love my car and the service you provided. Just be aware when making the appointment try not to take advantage of someone like me and stick me at the end. Thanks. Jean
