José is great, however, we had a 10 o’clock appointment and we were not out of your dealership until 130. We also asked that our car would be washed and it was not. They washed the windshield but that’s it. We’ve never had service like this at your dealership it’s always been good so maybe it was just the day not sure.

Had an appointment for 10 am, was told when I made the appointment that it would be about 1.5 hrs. After checking in and sitting in the lounge for about 20 minutes, the service advisor came out to tell me they were backed up and my car would be done until 12:30...why even make an appointment??
