Had an appointment for 2pm. Checked my car in a 1:40. My car didn't get taken back for service until 3:10. Didn't get out of there until after 4. Entirely too much time for an oil change. You need to do better at scheduling. I've been a customer and a repeat buyer for a while and never had to set there that long. Totally dissatisfied.
