I had a bolt in my rear tire- they fixed it in short order. However there were a couple Warrenty items that needed to be done- after waiting 3 hours Jose suggested I go home and they would come pick up my car the next day and returned it to me later that afternoon!
Jose said they would wash it for me but that didn’t happen- oh well can’t be perfect!!!

Had an appt for 1:00 for a routine oil change and tire rotation. It was almost 4:00 by the time the vehicle was ready. I drive from Bullhead City to have the truck serviced at the dealer. For a $100 oil change, I expect better service.
